Procurement Buyer

As a Buyer you will be responsible for the procurement of raw materials, tools, supplies,

and services,and ensuring timely delivery of

materials. This is a fulltime onsite position.

What you will do:

 Prepare and update purchase orders: submitting new orders, verifying pricing, updating

delivery dates.

 Evaluate vendors, compare prices, and arrange deliveries.

 Maintain inventory demand based on usage levels, reorder points and production

needs, modify purchase quantity adjustments accordingly.

 Correspond with suppliers about order status, changes, expedites, late deliveries,

cancellations, or any other purchasing related issues.

 Interface daily with cross functional teams to remove any purchasing related concerns.

Initiates root cause corrective actions and hold suppliers accountable as required.

 Inventory management ensuring inventory levels especially on “critical parts” are

maintained and monitor usage to ensure timely delivery of materials.

 Track inbound shipments when necessary.
