  • Ensure all artwork files are properly formatted, clean, and meet technical specifications for production.
  • Maintain consistency and brand standards across all designs while optimizing for print accuracy.
  • Digitize embroidery files, adjusting stitch types, densities, and underlays for different fabric types.

Artwork Approval Management

  • Digitize embroidery files, ensuring proper stitch sequencing and underlay settings.
  • Conduct sew-outs and sampling to verify embroidery accuracy before full production.

Press Check & Quality Control

  • Approve press checks to confirm accurate translation of digital proofs to physical prints, ensuring correct placement, size, and color accuracy.
  • Review and approve all design files before production, ensuring precision in colors, resolution, and formatting.
  • Conduct test prints and embroidery samples to ensure optimal print quality and stitching precision.
  • Troubleshoot design and production issues, such as ink adhesion, registration errors, or thread tension problems.
  • Implement best practices for color accuracy, file management, and production efficiency.

Collaboration with Production Teams
