Position Summary
The Office Administrator position is responsible for providing clerical, administrative, and other general office services in order to increase the efficiency of office functions.

Essential Functions Statement:
· Collect and enter data into spreadsheets and company software.
· Print out schedules
· Contacting past due accounts via email and phone call.
· Perform checks of the accuracy of data in spreadsheets and software.
· Answer work related correspondence.
· Work on seasonal color proposal projects
· Answer phones, provide customer service. Properly transfer calls, take messages and send messages.

Preferred Education and Experience
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience: 1 years’ experience in administrative role
Computer Skills: Basic Microsoft skills, adobe, and Google sheets; ability to use Google workspace tools
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Must be able to accomplish any and all duties with little to no assistance.
