Position Summary:
Reporting to the Sr. Account Manager, the OSI Clinical &/or Account Manager in addition to clinical responsibilities serves as the first point of client contact and is responsible for maintaining and growing existing relationships, as well as cultivating new ones to drive increased new services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage staff through hiring process, onboarding, training and development opportunities, disciplinary action and performance management processes; build and maintain employee engagement; ensured the clinics are appropriately staffed with require competencies.
- Manage and support the daily operations of the client facilities; serves as primary clinical support for team.
- Identify, develop and execute on client service strategies in support of short and long terms goals.
- Responsible for the creation and delivery of biannual strategy analytics and reporting and principal owner of the client relationship.
- Manage day to day costs, revenue and overall fiscal success of client accounts; develop and implement action plans to improve overall account performance to goals and expectations.
- Support negotiations for client renewals.

Qualifications:
- Education:
- BS or MS in clinical field
- Work Experience:
- 1 year of management/leadership experience
- 3 years with OSI preferred
- Experience in Onsite Occupational Healthcare preferred
- Certification/Licensure:
- Certified and Licensed in the field they serve and state(s) they provide clinical coverage for
- Knowledge and Technical Skills:
- Demonstrated track record of developing and motivating a high performing team
- Proactive committee engagement and contribution
- Demonstrated committee leadership
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong strategic relationships
Language Skills:
- Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently

- Predominantly a remote position that requires up to 50% regional travel

Salaried ranges listed are for full time (40 hour) employees. Additional pay such as incentive, GAP, overtime, and stipends are subject to the rules of each program and may not be available in all locations. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
