Key Responsibilities:
- Treating acute occupational injuries
- Performing wellness screenings and drug tests
- Managing cases of workman's compensation claims
- Facilitating return-to-work assignments for employees with work-related injuries
- Maintaining compliance with OSHA and DOT programs
Requirements:
- Valid state license as a Registered Nurse
- At least 3 years of nursing experience
- Experience in occupational health (preferred)
- Certification in CPR/AED/First Aid
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Strong administrative and management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
