The Parking Ambassador will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall experience of individuals utilizing the facilities. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting patients, visitors, and staff with parking information, directing and guiding individuals to available parking spaces, and assisting with traffic control during peak hours or special events.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a parking garage or similar environment
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform tasks that may require physical effort
