How You Will Make a Difference:
As a Parking Ambassador at Pivot Parking LLC, you will play a critical role in enhancing the customer experience at our parking locations. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and assisting patients, visitors, and staff with parking information, directing and guiding individuals to available parking spaces, and assisting with traffic control during peak hours or special events. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer service-oriented attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a parking garage or similar environment
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform tasks that may require physical effort
- Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies
