Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as the Director of Commercial Sales at Pivot Staffing, LLC in Independence, OH. The Director of Commercial Sales will be responsible for sales operations, team leadership, account management, and sales management on a day-to-day basis.
Compensation depends on experience. Salary : $75K to $100K. Monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses should average $40K annually.
In addition if you do not have staffing leadership experience but a great record in outside B2B staffing sales, we have a Major Accounts opportunity to. $50K to $70 salary plus monthly and quarterly bonuses. First year income should range between $80K to $110K.
