Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Assist with various administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and handling correspondence.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone / email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail / deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.
