Job Description

As a Client Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our client-centric approach, dedicated to nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing client base. Your role will be centered on understanding their evolving needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth. Beyond simply managing accounts, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our valued clients, offering strategic insights and fostering a collaborative partnership. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining high client satisfaction levels, cultivating long-term relationships, and ultimately driving the continued success and expansion of our firm. Your job responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Account Management

• Manage large, named, key client accounts.
• Develop and implement account plans to strategically manage and grow client portfolios.
• Monitor client engagements to ensure quality service delivery and client expectations are met.

Client Retention and Satisfaction

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

Client Growth

• Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
• Collaborate with the internal teams to introduce clients to new offerings and value-added services.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• As a key member of the service delivery team, this role will work closely with internal teams, including financial operations, tax, and firm administration to ensure seamless client experiences.

Client Advocacy

• Act as a client advocate within the firm, providing insights and feedback to improve client satisfaction and address any challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in client management, account management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial services.
• Tax planning experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of or the ability to learn new accounting and tax systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on client success.
