Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Director to join our team! The Marketing Director possesses the ability to communicate effectively and advocate for the mission of the facility community to the community and various media.
Responsibilities:
- Organizes and maintains lead database and records
- Completes and submits census and Marketing reports as requested.
- Maintains up to date competitive analysis.
- Completes and maintains a Marketing Plan.
- Successful demonstration of strong marketing strategies using various media.
- Formulates and maintains a contact list for continuing marketing opportunities.
- Plans and executes marketing events each quarter that are designed to bring in new prospective residents
- Builds and maintains relationships with current residents
- Has a deep understanding of the local market for senior care options.
- Successfully demonstrate ability to close sales.
- Ensures accurate information be given to clients and future residents.
- Develops relationships in the community that will promote the success of the community.
- Promotes and maintains a favorable public image; participate in community affairs.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing or similar preferred.
- 1-2 years' experience in marketing preferred.
- Must possess a valid drivers license and have a good driving record.
Skills and Abilities
- Proficient with computer and able to use Microsoft Office products and lead management software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including a proficient clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communication.
- Financial management and stewardship of resources.
