Sr. Director of Nursing
This opportunity is with a growing, nationally recognized hospital system. We are looking for a highly skilled, self-motivated leader (RN) who has experience with inpatient acute care leadership. Under the general direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, the Senior Nursing Officer develops, implements, leads, and evaluates all aspects of management and ensures the provision of quality patient /family-centered care for the Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, Intensive Care, and Intermediate Care Units. This is a challenging, fast-paced environment that offers rewarding opportunities.
Requirements:
- NC Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor's in Nursing Required (BSN)
- At least three years in healthcare management or a related field are required.
- Minimum of five years of clinical experience in ICU/CCU; will consider other applicable clinical areas instead of direct ICU/CCU experience.
- Previous administrative/leadership experience
