Office Manager
We are a busy real estate office looking for a responsible Office Manager to perform a variety of administrative tasks and assist in the operations of the business. Duties of the Office Manager include providing support to our employees and clients, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general operations/ administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be organized, and able to handle multiple tasks. This is an in person, Monday-Friday role.
Responsibilities
- Act as point of contact for clients
- Answer and respond to emails
- Process applications & paperwork
- Maintain contact lists
Skills
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Administrative experience will be a plus
