About the Position:
We are seeking a qualified Document Control Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the quality system, product, electronic, and hard copy document libraries.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure that documents are stored in the correct location and that procedures are consistently followed.
- Submit documents on time, review them for adequacy, and obtain approval from designated personnel prior to issuance or distribution.
- Maintain records of changes to documents and data.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. Completion of an accredited two-year technical college program or a four-year university program in a related field of study is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a project or technical environment is necessary.
- Strong organizational skills and computer literacy are essential.
