Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers within your assigned region.
  • Proactively onboard new customers and nurture those relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Territory Sales Manager to establish and meet sales and behavior targets.
  • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly customer communication plans.
  • Review, complete, and provide feedback on customer quotes and inquiries.
  • Qualify customer needs and coordinate tasks with Account Coordinators.
  • Assist in achieving team effectiveness and improving customer service.


Skills and Qualifications The ideal candidate will:

  • Have 2 years of experience in business-to-business or prospecting sales.
  • Be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Show a commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability.
  • Exhibit technical problem-solving skills.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Be proficient with basic PC tasks and Google Apps.
  • Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Demonstrate creativity, flexibility, and teamwork.
  • Exercise sound judgment and decision-making.
  • Have experience developing and executing annual sales plans.
  • Be familiar with open-book management practices (e.g., Great Game of Business).

Salary : $30,000 - $130,000
