Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers within your assigned region.
- Proactively onboard new customers and nurture those relationships.
- Collaborate with the Territory Sales Manager to establish and meet sales and behavior targets.
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly customer communication plans.
- Review, complete, and provide feedback on customer quotes and inquiries.
- Qualify customer needs and coordinate tasks with Account Coordinators.
- Assist in achieving team effectiveness and improving customer service.
Skills and Qualifications The ideal candidate will:
- Have 2 years of experience in business-to-business or prospecting sales.
- Be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Show a commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability.
- Exhibit technical problem-solving skills.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Be proficient with basic PC tasks and Google Apps.
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Demonstrate creativity, flexibility, and teamwork.
- Exercise sound judgment and decision-making.
- Have experience developing and executing annual sales plans.
- Be familiar with open-book management practices (e.g., Great Game of Business).
