We have a requirement with one of our business partner where they are looking for a EHR Epic Analyst (EPIC-CERTIFIED CANDIDATES)
Below is the job description,
- Position: EHR Epic Analyst(Hybrid)
- Location: Raleigh, NC, United States
- Willing to relocate to Raleigh, NC United States
- Must have 8 years of Epic applications and healthcare technology,
Required Skills:
- EpicCare Inpatient modules experience 5 years
- Epic implementation or operations support experience. 8 Years
- Health IT experience 8 Years
- Familiarity with Epic tools: Order transmittal and Smart Forms 8 Years
- knowledge of Enterprise systems and familiarity with best business practices related to systems 8 Years
- knowledge of security protocols for systems utilized 8 years
- Software quality assurance/testing experience 8 years
- Knowledge of typical billing workflows 8 years
- Knowledge of the unique clinical & regulatory requirements for behavioral health settings and how these interact with other departments/service areas 8 years
- Working knowledge of the current architecture of systems and information to troubleshoot problems 8 years
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary support contact for Epic application end-users.
- Develop, design, configure, script, test, and support Epic applications to meet business and operational needs.
- Provide technical solutions for application maintenance, modifications, and development.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner.
- Guide workflow design, system testing, and address technical challenges within Epic software.
- Implement system changes as requested by stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between end-users and Epic implementation teams.
- Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives and participate in project team meetings.
- Conduct weekly team meetings to review deliverables, end-user concerns, and upcoming milestones.
