We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Monitor patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health status, documenting changes and communicating with the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations, including ICD-10 and ICD-9 coding.
- Assist in lifting and transferring patients safely, utilizing proper techniques and equipment.
- Participate in ongoing training related to medical-surgical nursing, behavioral health, and senior care.
Experience
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Experience in telemetry nursing or related fields such as nursing home or senior care preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth is a plus.
- Knowledge of neonatal ventilator management is advantageous.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; additional certifications related to telemetry nursing are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.

Pay: $46.79 - $53.00 per hour
