Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse - Telemetry to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Monitor patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health status and document findings in medical records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in telemetry nursing or related fields such as ICU or hospital medicine preferred.
- Familiarity with medical records management and documentation practices.
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles is a plus.
- Ability to perform procedures such as spinal taps or botulinum toxin treatment is desirable but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to make sound clinical judgments under pressure.
- Previous experience in an ambulatory surgery center or long-term care setting is beneficial.

Pay: $45.00 - $53.00 per hour
