As part of your role, you will:
- Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment for various roles, including technology, sales, operations, and more
- Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop tailored hiring strategies
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events to proactively identify and engage potential candidates
- Ensure a positive and seamless Candidate Experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey
- Contribute to initiatives that position Pixellot as an employer of choice in the industry
- Analyse recruitment metrics to refine processes and improve hiring outcomes
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition in a tech company with a high-growth, preferably Saas
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring across multiple disciplines
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct sourcing strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
- Passionate about creating a great candidate experience
