JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic and Presentation Designer to create visually engaging designs and impactful presentations that communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong technical skills, capable of turning concepts into stunning visuals. This role requires expertise in graphic design and advanced proficiency in presentation software to support client-facing projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILIES

Graphic Design

Develop creative assets, including marketing materials, social media graphics, infographics, and branding elements.
Design visual content aligned with brand guidelines for digital and print media.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce unique concepts and designs.
Edit and refine existing design assets to ensure visual consistency and quality.

Presentation Design

Create dynamic, visually appealing presentations using tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.

Enhance presentations with animations, transitions, and multimedia elements while maintaining professionalism.

Adapt complex data into visually engaging charts, graphs, and diagrams for easy comprehension.

Work closely with teams to align presentations with branding and messaging goals.

Project Collaboration

Partner with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Provide creative input to enhance visual storytelling and audience engagement.

Quality Assurance

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent aesthetic.

Proofread and review materials for accuracy before submission or publication.

Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve outputs.

Qualifications and Skills

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience : 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and / or presentation design.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Expertise in presentation tools (PowerPoint & Google Slides).

Soft Skills :

Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to communicate and present ideas effectively.

Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
