Due to our continued success, we are looking for an experienced Demand & Supply Planner, Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence in inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain efficiency.

Your Role

The Demand & Supply Planner, Manager will play a critical role in managing global demand planning, inventory optimization, and supply forecasting to ensure Pixi maintains healthy stock levels while minimizing risk. This role requires strong analytical skills, proactive decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to balance demand fluctuations and operational constraints.

Responsibilities: Forecasting & Demand Planning

• Develop SKU-level demand forecasts using historical sales trends, market data, and business insights across all channels.
• Identify emerging trends, risks, and inventory challenges to refine replenishment plans.
• Work closely with commercial teams to align forecasts with promotions, seasonal peaks, and product launches.
• Ensure optimal stock allocation across different markets and sales channels.
  
  

Supply Planning & Inventory Management

• Partner with suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PLs to optimize procurement and inventory flow.
• Present data-driven purchasing plans to senior leadership, ensuring stock levels align with business objectives.
• Monitor production and inbound shipments to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Manage aging inventory, recommending reallocation, markdowns, or liquidation strategies when necessary.
  
  

Operational & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Global Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to integrate demand planning into supply chain decisions.
• Support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes, ensuring commercial alignment.
• Work with Logistics to optimize stock distribution and replenishment cycles.
  
  

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Track operational KPIs, including forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and fulfillment efficiency.
• Develop data-driven reporting to guide internal teams and retail partners.
• Continuously enhance planning models, tools, and forecasting methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in demand & supply planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Experience in beauty, FMCG, or retail preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite a plus).
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills—ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
