We re looking for a highly experienced SAP CRM Functional Lead with expertise in SAP CRM 7.0 and S/4HANA Service Management. If you have a strong background in CRM migrations to S/4HANA, this is an exciting opportunity to lead transformational projects!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP CRM to S/4HANA migrations, ensuring a seamless transition of functionality, data, and configurations.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver a well-architected solution.
Provide hands-on cross-functional expertise to integrate CRM with other SAP modules.
Move core CRM business capabilities into S/4HANA, including:
- Account Management
- Contract Management
- Request Management
- Case Management
- Task Management
Own the functional design and build deliverables, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.
