What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Intern position at Pixie?
Pixie is a queer-owned cannabis brand redefining the space with high-quality THCa pre-rolls and bold, inclusive branding. We’ve built a strong presence in Miami and are now expanding nationally. Our products resonate deeply with women and the LGBTQ community, and we’ve cultivated a loyal following through authentic partnerships and top-tier quality. Now, we need a driven sales rep to get Pixie on more shelves and into more hands.
What You’ll Do:
- Sell Pixie’s THCa pre-rolls to smoke shops, distributors, and retail buyers.
- Manage and grow a sales pipeline—cold outreach, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Build strong relationships with retailers to get Pixie into more stores.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and bring in new accounts.
- Be the face of Pixie’s B2B sales efforts and push the brand forward.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior sales experience (ideally in cannabis, smoke shops, or CPG).
- Must be 21
- A go-getter who thrives on making connections and closing deals.
- Someone comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face sales.
- A passion for cannabis and knowledge of the industry is a big plus.
- A deep understanding of our community and customers.
Compensation:
- Commission-based with high earning potential.
