We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team and help oversee the day-to-day operations of our business. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing staff, delegating tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing strategies to increase efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational plans and strategies.
- Supervise staff and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
