We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Coordinator to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting processes and a passion for the quick service restaurant industry. The Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the accounting department in various functions fixed assets and

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an integral member of the Team, this position is responsible for:
· Assist with the Accounting processes – Fixed Assets and General Ledger Accounting.
· Maintain accurate and detailed files for shared folders.
· Work independently and escalate concerns effectively and timely.
· Assist where needed -
· Collaborate with Accounting team and support operations.
· Respond to inquiries from management and staff regarding timely.
· Stay updated on best practices in accounting and finance.
HERE’S WHAT Education & Experience YOU WILL NEED:
· Microsoft Office understanding – effective communication skills verbal and written.
· Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
· Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
