- Assist the manager in establishing and monitoring sidework duty completion, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Read daily communication sheets from previous shifts and prepare one for the following shift, staying organized and informed about ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Conduct regular checks of the restaurant to ensure it meets high standards of cleanliness and organization, and set up tables accordingly.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with staff both verbally and in writing, providing direction and feedback as needed.
- Maintain compliance with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis, demonstrating reliability and commitment to the team.
