The CRM & Loyalty team is looking for an Associate Manager, CRM to join our growing team within the Pizza Hut U.S. Marketing Department! This role focuses on developing and translating analytical insights into actions, always trying to optimize the customer experience and drive business growth with CRM. Key responsibilities include planning and executing test and learning strategies, evolving the strategy using data-driven insights, as well as improving customer retention and driving reachable customers into the loyalty program. The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset with a creative eye to deliver personalized and engaging content, understands technical capabilities on CRM platforms, is a problem-solver and has a heart for customer engagement. Oh, and also, must be able to look at delicious pizza all day!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and manages the National CRM calendar, as well as plans and orchestrates initiatives to drive frequency across our reachable customer base.
- Leads the strategy for customer retention, driving engagement with light and lapsing customers.
- Acts as the ultimate customer experience collaborator and cross-functional brand partner working with teams such as: Web/App digital team, Data & Analytics team, Brand Marketing, Customer Insights, Calendar/Menu team, Legal counsel.
- Develops test & learn plans with clear goals/KPIs, partnering with the Data & Analytics teams on results and optimizations.
- Defines and refines audiences and segments utilizing a Customer Data Platform (CDP).
- Finds new ways to bring personalization and automation into CRM communications.
- Manages agency relationships and maintains budget.
Required Qualifications:
- You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.
- 5-7 years of experience in loyalty program management, CRM channels or digital marketing including experience with customer data-driven marketing/performance marketing and strategy.
- Strong bias for action and demonstrated desire for ownership & accountability.
- Proven analytical skills ranging from customer data, competition, and trends to turn insights into actionable initiatives, as well as monitor data to optimize KPIs.
- Experience managing or facilitating e-commerce (web & app) growth initiatives in partnership with technical and marketing teams.
- Ability to work closely with development teams, both internally and externally.
- Manage agency relationships and be a key contact for agency partners.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both team leader and team player roles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint required.
- QSR or agency experience required.
- ESP platform experience (experience with Braze is a plus, not required).
- Must love pizza.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile methodologies (epics, features, stories, sprints) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence) a plus.
- Experience with Braze platform.
- CDP experience is preferred (experience with Treasure Data is a plus).
Salary Range: $95,000 to $110,000 annually bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
