Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Storytelling
- Develop and articulate clear, cohesive business strategies that align with company goals.
- Translate complex data and strategic insights into compelling narratives and presentations for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency of the company's strategic direction.
- Drive stakeholder engagement by telling a cohesive business story that supports decision-making.
- Competitive Insights & Market Analysis
- Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, threats, and trends that could impact the business.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive positioning, and regulatory changes to provide strategic insights to the leadership team.
- Develop actionable recommendations based on competitive insights to strengthen the company’s market positioning.
- KPI Reporting & Performance Management
- Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with strategic business goals.
- Lead the creation of dashboards and other tools to provide real-time visibility into business performance.
- Analyze data to identify areas of strength, opportunity, and potential risk, presenting these insights in a clear, concise manner.
- Work closely with finance, marketing, and operational teams to ensure strategic goals are reflected in KPIs and performance metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration

Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in strategic planning, competitive analysis, or a related role.

- Proven experience developing and reporting on KPIs and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and strategic planning frameworks.

Salary Range: $122,000 to $143,000 annually bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
