Job Title: Bookkeeping and Payroll Specialist

Job Type: Part-Time (10-15 hours per week)
Pizza Inn, a renowned name in Rocky Mount, is seeking a talented Restaurant Office Support Team member to join our dynamic team. As a Bookkeeping and Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations and ensuring accurate payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records using Quickbooks accounting software
- Track expenses, reconcile accounts, and generate financial reports
- Execute bi-weekly payroll for restaurant team members
- Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and payroll compliance
- Organize financial documents, assist with invoice management, and provide financial data for decision-making
- Support HR functions, including maintaining records and assisting with onboarding/offboarding processes
- Occasionally assist with calendar management, meeting coordination, and team activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks), Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and relevant regulations
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
- Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus
