Pizza Ranch is now hiring a Guest Service Manager involves training and supervising the Front-of-House staff and should look forward to a high degree of interaction with guests. We are looking for someone who is energetic, possesses strong marketing skills, and has a desire to interact with the community. Restaurant experience is preferred. Pay will be based on experience and a bonus program will be offered.
Candidates should have the following:
- 2 plus years of Management/Supervisor experience
- A stable work history, no more than two jobs in the last 4 years
- Hands-on experience with hiring, training and developing employees.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
