We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced bar environment. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Stock and replenish supplies such as liquor, garnishes, glassware, and ice as needed.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure that all equipment is clean and in good working order, reporting any issues to management.
- Support banquet services by setting up bars for events and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
