Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Regularly update and improve website content, functionality, and overall user experience.
- Social Media Growth: Oversee and grow our Instagram account, including post scheduling, engagement, and creative content creation.
- Point-of-Sale (POS) Maintenance: Set up and maintain our POS system, including managing customer loyalty programs and rewards systems.
- Technical Support: Handle various tech-related tasks such as troubleshooting and optimizing online processes to improve efficiency.
