You'll efficiently manage calendars, aligning daily capacity goals with customer needs, and proactively solving same-day challenges, such as weather delays or material shortages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Schedules: Manage installation calendars, utilizing CRM tools to align daily capacity goals and customer needs.
- Drive Success: Proactively solve same-day challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate Effectively: Keep customers informed with real-time updates, confirmations, and resolutions, aiming for a 5-star experience.
- Support Installation Operations: Partner with Project Managers, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure every job is fully prepared and equipped.
- Maintain Accuracy: Verify all post-installation documentation, payment details, and ensure CRM data is current and correct.
- Problem-Solve: Log and resolve customer concerns efficiently, documenting all interactions and updates in systems like ServiceTitan or Salesforce.
