Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage scheduling tasks on a daily basis
- Provide outstanding service to customers, addressing their queries and issues
- Ensure all customer records are maintained with utmost accuracy
- Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary action when required
- Efficiently process applications received from customers
- Use Microsoft Outlook proficiently to manage communication and scheduling tasks
- Maintain a well-organized system for easy retrieval of customer information
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Ensure all customer credit applications are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Keep up-to-date customer credit records.
- Proven experience in a scheduling position or similar role
- Exceptional customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills to handle scheduling conflicts and changes
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with different departments
- Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple schedules concurrently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or relevant field is a plus.
