Position Summary
We seek an additional cycle counter for our PJ's Facility in Mt. Orab, OH. This position is responsible for conducting cycle counts and audits, assisting in researching and reconciling inventory discrepancies and assisting the Purchasing & Inventory Teams in any inventory related functions.
This position will work a scheduled shift of 6am-430pm, Monday through Thursday. Overtime would be on Friday and Saturday.
Essential Job Functions
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Identify problematic inventory records/transactions, ensure inventory balances are accurately maintained in all systems
- Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed
- Conduct audits of inbound shipments
- Participate in physical inventories as necessary
- Provide floor support to operation team regarding inventory issues
- Depending on location, employee may be required to operate equipment and may be required to be equipment certified
- Other duties as required or assigned
Essential Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years related experience and/or training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills - addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
- Ability to recognize and read location codes, date codes and product codes
