Responsibilities
This is a great opportunity for someone who can work independently and as part of a team, focusing on a wide range of recruiting topics. Primary responsibilities of the successful candidate are as follows :
- Support and assist the Lateral Recruiting team throughout the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling and collecting interview feedback;
- Interface with candidates, internal colleagues and third-party vendors to schedule phone video conference and onsite interviews;
- Administer onsite and remote technical assessments for candidates;
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience with timely communication throughout the recruitment process;
- Review job descriptions and post open positions on intranet and external sites;
- Work to continually improve recruitment processes and practices;
- Partner with the Recruiting Operations and Analytics teams to create reports.
Qualifications
PJT Partners seeks to hire a dynamic individual who is highly motivated, intelligent and a proven self-starter. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a demonstrated ability to write effectively and a positive attitude. In addition, qualified candidates will possess the following :
Expected annualized base salary of $75,000 to $85,000.
This range represents the low and high ends of the expected annualized base salary for this position. The specific base salary received by any employee will be informed by a number of factors, including but not limited to, role level and scope, location, candidate's relevant qualifications, skills and experience.
Base salary is one component of PJT Partners' compensation structure. In addition to base salary, PJT Partners' compensation structure may include additional rewards, incentives and benefits, including but not limited to, a discretionary bonus component.
