Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insulation Foreman to lead our insulation crews in projects across a 2-hour radius of the Wichita, El Dorado, and Augusta areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insulation, proven leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of insulation installers on commercial job sites.
- Coordinate daily work schedules and ensure timely project completion.
- Interpret and execute project blueprints and specifications.
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all OSHA and company safety standards.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship that meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Manage and maintain tools, equipment, and materials on-site.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.
- Perform hands-on installation tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial insulation.
- 3 years previous leadership or foreman experience.
- Strong knowledge of insulation materials, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documents.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel within the designated work area.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that require standing, bending, and working at heights.
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
