Location: State College Area - College Student Housing

We are seeking a reliable and professional Unarmed Security Guard to join our team on a per diem basis for an apartment building dedicated to college students. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe and secure environment for all residents, visitors, and staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
• Ability to respond quickly and calmly to incidents or disturbances
• Previous security or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Flexible availability to work on a per diem basis (varied shifts, including nights and weekends)
• Ability to maintain a visible, approachable presence
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the apartment building to ensure safety and security of residents and property
• Check in visitors and maintain logs of entry/exit
• Respond to any security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies
• Enforce building rules and regulations with respect and professionalism
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the management team
• Assist with general safety concerns and provide assistance to residents as needed
