Are you someone who thrives on keeping everything running smoothly, both personally and professionally? We are looking for a motivated individual who can take ownership of managing our Team CEO’s schedule, communications, and day-to-day tasks. This role requires someone proactive, who can anticipate needs and priorities, and isn't afraid to speak up when focus is needed. You’ll be a key player in helping balance business growth with family responsibilities—ensuring our CEO is on track, whether it’s for a crucial meeting or making it to a child’s soccer practice on time.
What You’ll Do:
- Comprehensive Support: Assist the CEO in managing all facets of their professional and personal responsibilities.
- Calendar & Time Management: Oversee the CEO’s schedule, prioritize tasks, and protect their time. Ensure they are focusing on high-priority work and personal commitments.
- Email & Communication Management: Handle emails and correspondence, often speaking on behalf of the CEO. Keep communication clear, professional, and timely.
- Client Engagement: Provide world-class service to the team agents through phone and email, maintaining a strong relationship throughout.
- Scheduling: Confirm and coordinate team trainings, speaking events and coaching calls.
- Liaison Duties: Serve as the bridge between the Team CEO and agents, attorneys, escrow companies, mortgage brokers, and clients.
- Administrative Tasks: Submit receipts, manage mail, maintain office supplies and equipment, and provide general administrative support. Oversee household duties to ensure both business and family life runs smoothly.
- Social Media Management: Maintain and update the Team CEO's social media profiles.
- Training & Development: Participate in weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and attend relevant training sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Problem Solving: Keep the Team Leader informed of challenges, while offering solutions proactively.

Requirements:
- Min 1 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and delegate procedure.
- Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, email, and communications with minimal oversight.
Compensation & Other Details:
- Salary: $30,000 - $40,000, depending on experience.
- In-house work model with occasional work-from-home flexibility and vacation planning.
