What You’ll Do:
- Build, implement, maintain, and OWN all systems for internal communication, team calendar, company social media presence internally and externally, office management, client care systems, team retention and recognition including events, onboarding systems for new agents, and referrals
- Support the team growth efforts through posting recruiting ads, calling agent recruits, and scheduling appointments for Team CEO
- Provide a high level of service for all active and past status clients
- Oversee all contracts through closing and listing launch
- Enter listing data, descriptions, and pictures into MLS
- Coordinate photography, staging, and other listing launch functions
- Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers
- Create and maintain the team’s operations manual that documents all systems and standards that are not able to exist within our technology leverage, Brivity
- Plan and execute a minimum of 1 event per quarter for clients to that are done at a high level to drive business referrals
- Keep the team leaders informed regarding any problems or issues that arise and help to develop solutions
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, PLACE trainings, and Brivity trainings

Required Background:
- 1 years experience in an operations role
- 1 years of experience in data management
- Requires a prior work history that demonstrates strong, successful systems abilities and solid understanding of complexities of a process flow and lean processes.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Other Details:
- Compensation DOE, range from $60,000-65,000, with additional compensation in the form of a bonus structure.
- Real Estate experience is not required, but is preferred.
- We have an in-house work model, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm, with the occasional need to work during the evening or weekend.
- This role may travel 1-2 times per year locally or out of state for conferences.
