Award-winning high-profile architecture Interior Design firm is seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer for their office in Dallas, TX to work on custom high-end residential projects.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mentor interior design staff
- Work on projects in all phases of interiors projects including programming, space planning, design development, construction documentation & construction administration
- Drafting to include interior elevations.
- Assist with procurement for projects.
- Develop and manage FF&E budgets and schedules
- Represent the firm as needed in the professional design community
- Manage multiple projects and schedules
- Introduce current design concepts and workplace strategies to clients
- Present design concepts, materials and furniture to clients
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered Interior Designer or on path to licensure preferred.
- Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an Accredited Program
- 3 years’ experience in high end residential design
- Excellent leadership, management, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Autocad required.
- Ability to draft interior elevations.
- Procurement experience.
- Experience in Sketchup, Adobe Suites Preferred
