What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Project Coordinator position at Placement By Design?
We are seeking a talented and motivated professional for a growing design firm in Dallas.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Participate in all aspects of the project from Conceptual Design to Project Completion, while assisting project designers in specific technical aspects of overall design.
• Develop technical documentation for Interior and Core/Shell projects.
• Contribute to the advancement and development of project standards
• Mentor and guide the development of junior team members.
• Contribute towards an environment of trust, constructive feedback and productive relationships with our clients, consultants, and team members.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related design field.
• 5-8 Years of experience in technical design coordination.
• experience in developing and implementing projects from a technical perspective.
• Ability to develop Project schedules and staffing plans.
• Ability to lead coordination with project consultants and engineers.
• Strong and effective written and verbal communication.
• Working experience with Revit and Project documentation.
• Mastery of Building Codes, Ordinances and City Process.
