Job Duties: Help clients find affordable housing and guide them through relocation services. The Housing Support Specialist will offer continuous assistance to ensure successful relocation.
Client Locations:
Caseload #1: North Hennepin/Anoka
Caseload #2: Carver/Scott/South Hennepin
Caseload #3: Central/South Hennepin
Qualifications for Housing Support Specialist
Must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma/GED, have a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and proof of up to date auto insurance. Prior experience working with individuals that have developmental disabilities is not required but preferred. Must be able to pass DHS Background Check.
Job Type: Full-time (Upon successful completion of part-time 90 day training period)
Pay: $22.00 - $23.50 per hour

Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
