Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective transit system operation.
- Manage employee performance, conducting regular evaluations and providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
- Three years of increasingly responsible journey level experience in transit system operations or a related scheduled transportation activity.
- Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade; additional training in supervision is highly desirable.
- Possession of a valid Class A or B driver's license with passenger endorsements and no air brake restrictions.
