As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring quality services are delivered to clients through clinical oversight and team management. You will plan, organize, staff, and direct client care on a daily operational basis, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Your role will involve facilitating clinical case staffings, providing supervision to team members, and promoting integration of clinical, community support, and physical healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other agencies in the communities served
- Participate in the selection of off-site resources for needed services and inform other agencies about the services offered by the organization
- Complete monthly/quarterly record reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Facilitate weekly clinical case staffings, team, and diagnostic disposition meetings
- Conduct intakes, individual, family, and group therapy as needed
- Complete and review written reports to referral sources in a timely manner
- Provide oversight for service delivery, ensuring services are appropriate and clinically justified
- Monitor progress notes for thoroughness and completeness
- Develop evolving programmatic schedules to meet client needs
- Coordinate services and collaborate with outside agencies
- Adhere to and monitor program budget, managing services and reviewing units of service for each client
- Provide uninterrupted coverage by scheduling staff and arranging substitute coverage
- Complete team member evaluations, providing clinical direction and supervision
- Ensure orientation, in-service training, and continuing education for staff members
- Respond to crisis situations and ensure incident reporting is completed
- Develop and implement QM measurement systems to promote continuous improvement
- Oversee team communication, addressing complaints and developing plans to address program concerns
- Assist in quarterly reports and indicators, participating in QM meetings
- Secure appropriate referrals from other service providers
- Oversee environmental conditions in terms of safety, cleanliness, and coordination with operations associates
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field
- At least three (3) years of professional experience in the treatment or behavioral health of substance use disorders
Additional Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of clinical best practices and techniques related to mental health and substance use disorder treatment services
- Knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations of the program
- Considerable knowledge of methods and modalities, as well as legal requirements and court procedures related to treating mental health and substance use disorders
- Skilled in effective supervision and training methods
- Ability to develop, coordinate, and evaluate services within assigned program responsibilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
