Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized career plans for clients, providing job placement and retention support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and community partners to create job opportunities and facilitate long-term vocational success.
- Conduct vocational assessments, provide job coaching, and support clients in their job search and retention efforts.
- Collaborate with the ACT team to provide comprehensive support services to clients.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to supervisors and stakeholders.
- Travel extensively to conduct job development and supports, including transporting clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate required.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in an applicable field from an accredited institution preferred.
- At least one year of experience providing employment services.
- Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, overnights, and weekends as necessary.
- Strong communication and customer service skills required.
Physical Requirements:
- Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
- Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.
