What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager of Research Development position at Places for People, Inc?
Job Description:
At Illume, you will be responsible for:
- Develop research studies that address priority areas of focus and clinical service development.
- Participate in developing, writing, and overseeing research grants for projects assigned and/or to assist others.
- Monitor grant progress, and ensure implementation is aligned with fidelity, compliance, and other related regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate research to gain knowledge or create/improve interventions that enhance treatment for persons with behavioral health conditions and/or the training for those implementing the interventions.
- Analyzing, interpreting, and reporting agency outcomes data and other program evaluation studies or research projects
- Organize data sets to be able to identify trends and assist in research decision making.
- Works collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to assess and address community needs for enhancing a recovery orientated, evidence-based system of care.
- Work to publish findings in peer review journals
- Participate in conferences to share findings
