More About Your Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the newly formed training Academy within the business - PfP Thrive - and become our lead Apprenticeship Tutor. As part of your role, you will lead on the design, delivery, and assessment of level 3 and level 5 Leadership and Management apprenticeship programmes. You'll be adept at creating engaging curriculums with robust lesson plans that lead to an inspiring learner experience and ultimately learner success. And you'll share this experience by mentoring newer Tutors, helping them to create their own fulfilling programmes of work within their area of expertise.
Together with the Head of Apprenticeship Academy, you'll implement a robust assessment strategy, taking the lead on activities such as standardisation, quality assurance and CPD opportunities.

You'll have excellent training and facilitation skills, with the ability to provide feedback and coaching to senior management to drive apprenticeship programme completion and fantastic results and outcomes.
You'll be able to design curriculums that not only deliver the required knowledge, skills and behaviours of the apprenticeship standard, but will also contain value add content that drives high performance in our sector.
You'll be a strong communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to stay organised and manage priorities effectively.
You'll be able to support and mentor inexperienced team members in becoming first-class tutors just like you!
Ideally, you have experience with apprenticeship e-portfolio systems, we'll be using Aptem for our programmes.

- Must have prior experience of successfully delivering level 3 and 5 Leadership and Management apprenticeships with a proven track record of achievement
- Must have a relevant teaching and assessing qualification (minimum level 3) and either has or is willing to work towards a quality assurance qualification
- Must have significant experience in curriculum design and delivery of apprenticeship programmes including on and off the job learning requirements, tri-partite review processes, end point assessments
