More About The Role
This role is based at Howard Court, working within the property management team. Touchstone operates in a competitive commercial environment, requiring best use of resources to maintain a return to the Group both financially and socially. The Receptionist is responsible for delivery of outstanding customer service, providing an exceptional meet & greet service as well as supporting Back of House functions such as parcel delivery and contractor liaising.
Our services to our clients and our customers will always be highly responsive and efficient and our overall aim is to achieve excellent financial and operational portfolio performance for them. The post-holder must maintain good contacts within the Group and internal departments and share information to assist in the provision of an effective and high quality service.
Each team member is willing to learn about other roles within the team and assist each other with workload. We are constantly looking at ways to improve our service and suggestions for improvement are welcomed.
At Places for People, we are committed to a safe working place so a basic DBS check is mandatory.
