We are looking for an Property/Operations Manager to come and join our team with the goal of achieving excellence, you will monitor the operational performance of the portfolio you support. You will work closely with your supportive line manager to deliver the client(s) strategy, working to achievable and realistic targets and KPIs as well as performing your line manager duties.
A key part of your role is ensuring that you deliver a first-class customer service experience through your confident communication style and your ability to effectively take ownership of your ‘to-do' list. Furthermore, at Touchstone we are advocates of ‘continual improvement' and would welcome the opportunity for someone to come in and look to improve our processes and services, streamlining and improving efficiencies where possible.

More About You
Essentially this role supports a large portfolio of properties, so you will have experience within a property and/or private rental market, along with the associated legislation. Ideally you will have considerable experience working within a ‘KPI and target driven environment, with success measured through Operational excellence. Due to client-focussed nature of the role you will work closely with the wider Touchstone team and have the ability to build strong relationships through your excellent communications skills
This role supports a busy and fast moving business, therefore you will need to work well within this type of environment whilst managing and motivating your team. The ideal person will demonstrate a supportive and innovative approach along with engendering a positive team spirit whilst working under your own initiative
